JIO Technologies is a co-operative which runs a computer shop/internet café in Dimbaza. The co-operative offers a range of IT products and support services which include PC repairs, upgrade and internet connectivity, website design, hardware sales, networking and cabling. Other services include cellphone repairs, TopTV and DSTV installations, digital printing on fabrics and crockery, laminating and binding, and photo editing.
The co-operative also owns a computer lab in Mnqaba Primary School in the rural community of Debe Nek where some 90 scholars are taught basic computer skills each year.
